She leads artificial intelligence initiatives across the global coaching profession as Director of Artificial Intelligence at the International Coaching Federation, concurrently chairing the ICF AI Council and the AI Coaching Coalition. She is also founder and podcaster of Humain.org since October 2024 where she drives ethical, human-centered AI adoption in coaching and leadership development, supported by her 2024 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence certification from Harper College and Sooner Safer Happier Advocate credential.
