1950: The year the first assessment center was born, after WWII Spies invented it .

Same year: the credit card, the first TV remote, the transistor radio.

Innovators replaced all three. But 76 years later, most assessment centers still run the same way:

2 days of in-box exercises.
3-6 human assessors.
2 weeks of calibration and scoring.
Subjective judgments that vary by assessor.
$8,000–20,000 per person.

We built the AI Assessment Center differently:

One coaching conversation transcript.
9 leadership dimensions measured.
15x the precision of traditional methods — validated across 100+ transcripts.
Results in 60 seconds.
Zero friction — notes@trumind.ai joins any meeting.

The credit card got a chip. The TV remote got voice control. The transistor became a smartphone.

The assessment center just got its first upgrade.

Comment 'AIAC' and we'll send you a sample report from a real transcript.
